Health Issues

Hypnotherapy can help with so many health issues. With so many conditions exacerbated by stress I have helped people with conditions as far ranging as IBS and eczema, psoriasis, migraines and pain management. I have also helped clients come to terms with a terminal diagnosis, combat insomnia and depression as well as anxiety and  panic attacks. Dealing with the underlying stress whilst suggesting to your subconscious images of health and wellbeing has been seen to have life changing benefits to so many conditions

STRESS/ANXIETY/DEPRESSION

Stress anxiety and depression are all too common these days. Modern life is stressful and fast-paced and often people turn to me when they are stressed, depressed or anxious. These conditions can lead to insomnia, feelings of hopelessness and even panic attacks or suicidal thoughts as well as very real physical symptoms. Of course you should always consult your GP at times like these but often their help can be limited and being signed off work can lead to additional pressure worrying about job-security.

Hypnosis can help enormously in these situations, calming the mind and instilling new feelings of positivity and wellbeing and a new zest for life.

TESTIMONIALS

*Dear Mandy, thank you so much for making my Mum comfortable before she passed. Not only did your visualisation and tuition on self-hypnosis help ease her pain but, most importantly, she made peace with her terminal diagnosis.
